At the end of September, the city released a second draft of its comprehensive plan Minneapolis 2040.

LHiNC and Ward 13 Council Member Linea Palmisano planned a community meeting on October 24 to discuss the revised version with residents. More than 100 Linden Hills residents attended. As part of the public meeting, LHiNC created a simple survey asking residents if they supported the plan, and if not, why.

Based on these comments and the Board’s independent review of the revised 2040 plan, the Linden Hills Council drafted a letter to Council Member Palmisano outlining the concerns of neighborhood residents.
