Housing Justice League Talks TOPA – April 11

LHiNC’s Zoning and Housing Committee is hosting the Housing Justice League at its next virtual meeting on April 11 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss TOPA (Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act) in Minneapolis.

The Housing Justice League is a coalition of community-based organizations advocating for policy change and building grassroots support for housing justice in Minneapolis. They are advocating for a strong TOPA policy that would give all renters the first right to purchase their building when it goes for sale, or transfer that right to a buyer of their choosing.
