Silent Auction

Each year, LHiNC’s Silent Auction at the Linden Hills Festival features dozens of prizes from generous donors in and around the community. The prizes are seen by many of the 3000+ festival goers; prizes and donors are also featured in an online auction and on LHiNC’s website.

THE 2022 SILENT ONLINE AUCTION IS LIVE

LHiNC has launched its 2022 Festival Silent Auction online. We will accept online bids from now until Friday, September 16 at 10:00 a.m. Bidding will then resume in-person on Saturday, September 17 at 12:00 p.m. inside the Linden Hills Recreation Center. If you can't attend the festival, and there is a prize you can't live without, you can choose to "Buy it Now".

Funds raised through the auction are then invested in:

  • Building Community – LHiNC funds and organizes events to bring our community together, including the annual Festival and Taste of Linden Hills. We also produce and distribute the community newsletter The Line and maintain the community website and Facebook page.
  • Protecting the Environment – LHiNC’s Environmental Committee is very active. Projects include: native and pollinator gardens, tree planting, bicycle rack installation, invasive species pulls, environmental education and more.
  • Supporting Arts and Education – Through its bi-annual grants program, LHiNC has provided funding for: college scholarships, tutoring programs, school and community music and theater programs. We also sponsor the annual Art Shanty Projects' On-Ice Festival at Lake Harriet.
