Join Linden Hills Neighborhood Council

If you love Linden Hills and want to contribute to this great neighborhood, consider running for the LHiNC board. LHiNC is a group of 15 board members elected by the community at the annual meeting, with half the seats filled each year. Board members serve a 2-year term.

What we do:
LHiNC serves as a voice of Linden Hills residents, increasing community involvement, and providing two-way communication with the City of Minneapolis and within the Linden Hills community.

Board members participate in monthly meetings, typically the first Tuesday of each month from 7:00 - 8:45 p.m. at the Linden Hills Recreation Center, and then run self-directed or collaborative projects in which they are interested. All board members also get involved with planning the annual Festival.

2024 Elections Timeline

• Now - Oct 1, 2024: Apply to run for LHiNC by filling out the form below.
• Oct 8, 2024: All candidates give their statement at the LHiNC Annual Meeting. Online voting kicks off at the conclusion of the meeting (8pm).
• Oct 8 - Oct 15, 2024: Online voting is open.
• Oct 16, 2024: Candidates will be notified of the election results.

Voting Instructions:
Online and print ballots will be added to this page on Tuesday, Oct 8 at 8pm. Please check back at that time to vote for candidates. Voting ends on Tuesday, Oct 15 at 8pm.
