MPRB to discuss LH Playground at LHiNC’s September Meeting

In August, Minneapolis Parks and Recreation Board completed the playground renovation at Linden Hills Park. A number of residents have contacted MPRB and LHiNC with concerns about the new playground. In response, LHiNC invited the project manager Francisca Pass of MPRB to attend its September 7 board meeting.

Ms. Pass, who is overseeing construction of the playground, will be joined by colleagues who took part in the design and engagement processes for the project. They will discuss the current project, listen to residents concerns and questions and then outline potential next steps to continue to improve the playground.

LHiNC’s next board meeting will be held online on Tuesday, September 7 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The playground discussion will be first on the agenda. Please RSVP here, if you’d like to receive log-on information for the meeting.
