Linden Hills Farmers Market Returns
Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
The Linden Hills Farmers Market reopened on June 6 and will be open 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. every Sunday through October (with the exception of July 4). The LHFM will again be located in Settergren’s parking lot (2813 W. 43rd St.). Rain or shine, you can expect a dynamic mix of farmers, food and craft makers and food trucks. Linden Hills Library
Summer Hours and Services
Linden Hills Library will be open Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Thursday from 12:00 to 8:00 p.m. As of the printing of this newsletter, the library requires masks to be worn inside.
Available services include: book drop; WiFi network (HCL_Public; no password) available on front plaza everyday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.; use of computers, scanner, printer, copier and fax; and chairs and tables for reading/WiFi use within the building. The upstairs deck is also available during open hours on warm & dry days.

Trolley Gets Back on Track in July
Mark your calendars! The Minnesota Streetcar Museum plans to reopen its Como-Harriet Line for streetcar rides on July Fourth weekend. They may be able to schedule charter rides earlier. Please call 952-922-1096 or visit trolleyride.org for more information.
Outdoor Event Series at The Bakken
The Bakken Museum has partnered with local theatres and musicians to offer live entertainment on their green roof this summer. Shows range from Open Eye Theatre’s family-friendly comedy LOG Jam to HUGE Improv Theater’s adult-focused festival. The museum will also host a rotation of food and dessert trucks Thursday evenings and Saturday afternoons all season.
The Bakken Museum is closely monitoring safety protocols and best practices to help control the spread of COVID-19. Tickets to outdoor performances will be limited, and timed tickets are available to allow for social distancing inside the museum’s exhibits. Summer Sidewalk Music Series
Hosted by Everett & Charlie Gallery and Harriet Brasserie, local Musicians will provide live entertainment in downtown Linden Hills all summer long. Beaches and Pools Open for Season
MPRB pools, water parks and beaches are open for the season, including Lake Harriet beaches and wading pools at Linden Hills and Pershing Parks. For times and updates, check minneapolisparks.org/pools and minneapolisparks.org/beaches.
Music & Movies at the Bandshell
MPRB is excited to bring live music and movies back to the parks in Summer 2021! Lake Harriet Bandshell will host live music every Monday, Thursday, Friday and the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month at 7:30 p.m., as well as Sundays at 2:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Dates for movies at the Bandshell include: June 11 and 25, July 9 and July 23 and every Friday in August.
