If you love Linden Hills and want to contribute to this great neighborhood, consider running for the LHiNC board. LHiNC is a group of 15 board members elected by the community at the annual meeting, with half the seats filled each year. Board members serve a 2-year term.
Online voting for the next board election will run from October 6 through October 20. LHiNC will kick off voting with a virtual Annual Meeting on October 6 from 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. During the meeting, each candidate will be invited to share a short statement about why they are running.
What we do:
LHiNC serves as a voice of Linden Hills residents, increasing community involvement, and providing two-way communication with the City of Minneapolis and within the Linden Hills community.
Board members participate in monthly meetings, typically the first Tuesday of each month from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the Linden Hills Recreation Center, and commit to an average of 6 to 10 hours per month, including committee work. And all board members get involved with planning the annual Festival.

After submitting your application, you will be added to the ballot, and your answers will be shared on the LHiNC website. Linden Hills residents will cast their ballots for this term of LHiNC Board Members online beginning October 6 through October 20.
