Proposed Apartment Building at 44th & Abbott

STREETER Custom Builder is planning a 32-unit apartment building  at 3401 44th St West and 4404 Abbott Avenue South. On August 9, 2021, the developer attended LHiNC’s Zoning and Housing Committee meeting to share project plans with the neighborhood and answer residents’ questions.
