Revised Park Designs for SW Minneapolis Released

This week, the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board published revised concepts for the Southwest Service Area Master Plan, a cohesive set of new, long-term plans for all Minneapolis neighborhood park properties south of I-394 and west of I-35W.

Back in March, about 100 Linden Hills residents attended a LHiNC-organized community meeting to review the initial design proposals for our neighborhood parks. Thank you to everyone who came out. Comments from that night were collected by MPRB and LHiNC. LHiNC then utilized the feedback to write a public comment letter to the MPRB.

These revised plans are supposed to reflect the feedback received. Please check out the designs and provide comments to the MPRB by the end of June.
