HCL’s Mary Ann Key Book Club – The Parable of the Sower by Octavia Butler has been chosen as the fall 2022 title. The Mary Ann Key Book Club uses reading as a catalyst for conversation as we attempt to better understand past and current injustices.

Stuffed Animal Campout: August 30 – Everyone had so much fun earlier this summer, the library is doing it again. On August 30 between noon and 7:30 p.m., bring your stuffies to the library, read them a story, then drop them off. Pick them up the next day and see pictures of all the fun they had on their campout!

Also, One More Story offers picture books for children ages 2-6 set to music and read aloud. There is now free printing with your library card.
