Public Hearing on Triplex Zoning Code

The City Planning Commission is holding a public meeting on Monday October 7 to discuss amendments to the zoning code that would amend standards for properties with up to three units in lower-density zoning districts.

As stated in the city’s public hearing notice, “The purpose of the amendments is to authorize residential uses with up to three units on properties in lower-density zoning districts and amend standards related to building bulk, lot size, required yards, setback and other development standards and to limit lot combinations in lower-density zoning districts.”

Interested parties are invited to attend the City Planning Commission Meeting to be held on Monday, October 7 at 4:30 p.m. in Room 317 City Hall, 350 S. 5th St, Minneapolis. For the agenda with staff reports, visit www.minneapolismn.gov/meetings/planning.
