4300 Upton Project: Contribute Feedback by March 15

In February, LHiNC hosted a community listening session to gather input and suggestions about the project at 4300 Upton. The city has approved the four-story, 12,000 square foot addition that will combine the parcels at 4300 and 4312 Upton and support a new office building. More than forty people participated in the listening session, both in-person and online. Working in small groups, they generated ideas that will be shared with the developer. As project details are finalized, we will invite the developer to respond. We also plan to synthesize the feedback, along with future input and guidance, into a document for future developers and use it to improve the way we communicate on future neighborhood projects.
